The sun was shining on Kouvola and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Aiglentine was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Honourable Crusher suddenly started to galop. Terno Grönstad had to struggle to get Honourable Crusher to tror again and succeded after 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Flower Velvet sprinted to the front.




Flower Velvet was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Honourable Crusher was disturbed and galoped 40 m. Aiglentine galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Flower Velvet was still in the lead after 1500m.



Flower Velvet sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Flower Velvet didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
