It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stopping Fox found a gap and took the lead. Silver Folder followed before Scarlet Hollywood. When the startcar left the field Timestopper started to galop and lost 20 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Beetle Peaks sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Silver Folder took the lead rather easily. Rugged Sergeant was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Force Of Flying galop. Force Of Flying lost 20 m.




Beetle Peaks won. Stopping Fox came in second. Scarlet Hollywood caught third place.
