One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Danskan Opal took the lead after a very quick start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Doughbeezy sprinted to the front.




The leader got disturbed by something and Ziggy Zag Superior took the lead rather easily.




Shooting Rock looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Spartan Flower was first on the homestretch followed by Shooting Rock and Danskan Opal.






Shooting Rock sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
