One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Laverne could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Hermance Ameste, Touch The Sky, Humber River, Coco Star, Laverne, Clue, Manuela, Pink Vanilla. Pink Vanilla started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The leader got disturbed by something and Humber River took the lead rather easily.




Touch The Sky saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.




Humber River seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.



Touch The Sky speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






Coco Star won. Humber River came in second. Touch The Sky caught third place.
