The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pommerail sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




Organ Grinder quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Villum sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Villum followed by Nacido Luchador and Organ Grinder. Lane two Belmondo followed by Pommerail and Greeting Summerstorm.



Villum looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Pommerail won. Nacido Luchador came in second. Belmondo caught third place.
