The sun was shining on Östersund today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Strength N Honor found a gap and took the lead. New York Symbol followed before Flying Empire.




New York Symbol saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop New York Symbol today. It continued in the lead. Lights On Me galloped for 30 m.




New York Symbol kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



With only a little left of the race Famous In Vancouver galoped for 40 m. Strength N Honor speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.






New York Symbol won the race after a spectacular finish.
