It had been raining for several days at Åby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Missunnsamhet Ameste tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Malkin Crystal that came steaming ahead.




Malkin Crystal was in fine shape and held the lead. A bird flew just in front of Wondering Sugar who started to galop and lost 10 m.




Rocking Blizzard took the lead after 1000m. Westfalen Hof didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Malkin Crystal accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Malkin Crystal kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Westfalen Hof was first on the homestretch followed by Rocking Blizzard and Missunnsamhet Ameste.
