One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Shining Thought took the lead after a very quick start. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m.




Shining Thought was in fine shape and held the lead. Opposing Wave was disturbed and galoped 50 m.




Shining Thought looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Santa Monica Boulevard couldn't come out from behind the leader, Super Star Seven.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Super Star Seven today. It continued in the lead. Unknown galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Shining Thought galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Santa Monica Boulevard was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Super Star Seven sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was Super Star Seven. Steel Wave came in second. Universe Diamond became third.
