The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Whistling. Rookslie ended up behind the leader. Pacific Princess got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Jorma Kontio wanted a little to much in the start and Counterfeit Wind galoped for 50 m. Rookslie was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

Whistling looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Rookslie couldn't come out from behind the leader, Pacific Princess.




Pacific Princess was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Unknown gallopped for 40 m. Unknown galloped for 30 m.




Pacific Princess didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Counterfeit Wind showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Pacific Princess sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Pacific Princess today who won before Whistling and Ninni Sardonyx.
