One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Universelle could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Bol Rocker looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Screaming Thinking couldn't come out from behind the leader, Universelle. Universelle galoped after 1000m and lost 30 m.




Universelle was still in the lead after 1500m.




Universelle kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Universelle looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Final standings. 1 Bol Rocker, 2 Universelle, 3 Screaming Thinking.
