One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Sun King was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Famous Wish started to galop and lost 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Criminal T, Sun King, Pascal, Rammer, You Tah Ameste, Diamond Ring, Jumping Gal, Dribbling Titan.

Sun King sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Diamond Ring was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sun King followed by Criminal T and Famous Wish. Lane two You Tah Ameste followed by Pascal and Doctor Mud. Rammer galloped for 10 m.

Sun King was still in the lead after 2000m.

Sun King seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.

With only a little left of the race Famous Wish galoped for 30 m. Sun King kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

You Tah Ameste won the race after a spectacular finish.
