The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Gävle this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Claras Celebration sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Dronning Av Stillhet started to galop and lost 20 m.

The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced.

Trembling Glittering sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Kuningas Huristava galoped after 1000m and lost 20 m.

Pacific Princess accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Trembling Glittering suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Trembling Glittering showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Sören Eriksson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Whispering Breeze started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Pacific Princess made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Claras Celebration.
