One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Most Shining Star took the lead after a very quick start.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of Fast Runner who started to galop and lost 10 m. In Einem Fort started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Thunder Crown suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m.




Most Shining Star was still in the lead after 1500m.




Most Shining Star kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Most Shining Star sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






No-one could catch Most Shining Star today who won before Sneaking Spring and Listening Moment.
