One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Franck sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Makes No Sense quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. The leader got disturbed by something and Eternal Wardrobe took the lead rather easily. Waving Ruby galloped way to long and was disqualified. Eternal Wardrobe galloped way to long and was disqualified. The leader got disturbed by something and Maeglin took the lead rather easily. Lars-Åke Svärdfeldt tried a little too much on the homestretch and Maeglin started to galopp and lost 20 m. Franck won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
