Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Åby track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gonzo Divine could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Tchouaméni The Man was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.




Gonzo Divine was in fine shape and held the lead.




Duff On Fire took the lead after 1000m. Jollyco Cherry didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Duff On Fire followed by Kalas Pegasos and Cosenza. Lane two Tchouaméni The Man followed by Gonzo Divine and Jollyco Cherry. Jollyco Cherry galloped for 60m and was disqualified.



Duff On Fire kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Gonzo Divine was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.




Kalas Pegasos made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Duff On Fire.
