The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Mantorp this day. One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Mäuschen was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Stifling Stardust sprinted to the front. Mäuschen sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Desiderare Ballerino saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Desiderare Ballerino were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. No-one could catch Desiderare Ballerino today who won before Tomato Soup and Mäuschen. Results
