The weather had been good all week and Kalmar was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Gold Wind Of Change took the lead after a very quick start.




Mighty Boy quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Stefan Persson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Gold Wind Of Change started to galopp and lost 10 m.




Nangilima Superior never caught up with Happy Breath who won. Courtois The Man came third.
