It had been raining for several days at Loviisa but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were L'amiral Mauzun. The First Lady ended up behind the leader. Caesar Tagliante got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 10 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 10 m. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




The First Lady looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Caesar Tagliante couldn't come out from behind the leader, L'amiral Mauzun.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop L'amiral Mauzun today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Xtravaganza galoped for 10 m. driver couldn't keep Xtravaganza to trotting so they were disqualified. Xtravaganza was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. The First Lady speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

The First Lady kept the speed the whole finish and won before L'amiral Mauzun and Caesar Tagliante.
