One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Tempting Lilac. Daytona Rebel ended up behind the leader. Solid Comet got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Sénac suddenly started to galop. Victor Karlsson had to struggle to get Sénac to tror again and succeded after 10 m. Carlsbad Gap was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

Silly Breath quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

The leader got disturbed by something and Sénac took the lead rather easily.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sénac followed by Daytona Rebel and Solid Comet. Lane two Singing Fiesta followed by Quack Pack Superior and Darmstadtio Vox.

Sénac was still in the lead after 2000m. Maradona Magpie gallopped 40 m after 2000m. Darmstadtio Vox was disturbed and gallopped for 50 m.

Sénac sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Singing Fiesta sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
