The weather had been good all week and Jarlsberg was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Esmee could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Clever Architecture sprinted to the front.




Clever Architecture was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Filou looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Filou kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
