The weather had been good all week and Årjäng was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Hottest Subject. Twentieth Century Express ended up behind the leader. Made In Sweden got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Tripping Glittering was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Strong Energy sprinted to the front. Twentieth Century Express galloped for 60m and was disqualified.

Hottest Subject took the lead after 1000m. Made In Sweden didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Made In Sweden saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Hottest Subject seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

Made In Sweden suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.

Per-Arne Abelin tried a little too much on the homestretch and Hottest Subject started to galopp and lost 30 m. Prince Warrior was disturbed and galopped for 40 m.

Winner of todays race was Made In Sweden. Tripping Glittering came in second. Listening Rocket became third.
