One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Célesse was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Dribbling Bandwagon sprinted to the front. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Nessla Karelin saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Crash Boom Bang speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Célesse galoped for 60m and was disqualified. Nessla Karelin never caught up with Crash Boom Bang who won. Dribbling Bandwagon came third. Results
