One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Cox found a gap and took the lead. Holy Pie followed before Lucky Sapphire. The leader couldn't hold the lead and Lucky Sapphire sprinted to the front. Cox was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Holy Pie looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Smiling Biscuit couldn't come out from behind the leader, Lucky Sapphire. Holy Pie saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Lucky Sapphire put some pressure on the leader and could take over. Smiling Biscuit speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch. Holy Pie sprinted over the finishline before Smiling Biscuit and Cox. Results
