One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were De Maury Cherry. Walking Blast ended up behind the leader. Nightingale Hof got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




De Maury Cherry was in fine shape and held the lead.




Nightingale Hof looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Walking Blast couldn't come out from behind the leader, De Maury Cherry.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop De Maury Cherry today. It continued in the lead.



Walking Blast galloped way to long and was disqualified. De Maury Cherry sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Winner of todays race was De Maury Cherry. Nightingale Hof came in second. Frozen Lion became third.
