One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Red Venus tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Flowerhead that came steaming ahead. Conrad Lugauer wanted a little to much in the start and Gold Gretzky 99 galoped for 20 m.

Gold Giggling News quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Gold Gretzky 99 who started to galop and lost 50 m. Grinderman started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Red Venus took the lead after 1000m. Flowerhead didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Red Venus today. It continued in the lead.

Flowerhead suddenly took over the lead.

Flowerhead were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Winner of todays race was Flowerhead. Famous Feeling came in second. Sleeping Beauty became third.
