One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Smooth Sculpture sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Sergeant Comet showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galloping.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified.




Smooth Sculpture clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Unknown galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m. Dancing News suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Smooth Sculpture today. It continued in the lead.




Smooth Sculpture was still in the lead after 2000m.



Smooth Sculpture were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Thousand Bucks never caught up with Smooth Sculpture who won. Disconnect came third.
