The weather had been good all week and Dannero was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Mr Heureux was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

Micki Cola Cherry saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

The leader got disturbed by something and Evelyne Ameste took the lead rather easily.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Evelyne Ameste today. It continued in the lead. Kati Ci Cherry started to gallop after 1500m and Erik Adielsson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.

Evelyne Ameste looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Evelyne Ameste galopped for 40 m on the homestretch.
