The weather had been good all week and Åmål was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Can´t Capture was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. driver couldn't keep Langeais Ameste to trotting so they were disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Falling Lizard, Aza Lore, Arkanoid Lore, Snowy Thrasher, Super Duper, Hotel California, Touch The Sky, Can´t Capture.




Aza Lore took the lead after 1000m. Falling Lizard didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Falling Lizard accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Falling Lizard kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.




Falling Lizard was safely in the lead after 2500m.



Falling Lizard kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Can´t Capture made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Super Duper.
