One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Sun King sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Sterker Wel sprinted to the front.




Sun King sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Sterker Wel accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Sterker Wel kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Sterker Wel looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Steel Judge never caught up with Sterker Wel who won. Sun King came third.
