Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Lahti track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Ivory Breeze was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Lightcrack suddenly started to galop. Ville Pohjola had to struggle to get Lightcrack to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Pink Vanilla suddenly started to galop. Mika Forss had to struggle to get Pink Vanilla to tror again and succeded after 10 m.




Racing Dust saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Pink Vanilla took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Pink Vanilla followed by Pontiac Rebel and Scoff. Lane two Ivory Breeze followed by Racing Dust and Lightcrack.



Pink Vanilla looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Pink Vanilla didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
