Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Gävle track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Modest Sky sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Modest Sky started to galop and lost 30 m. Mikael M Andersson wanted a little to much in the start and Helpful Blast galoped for 20 m.




Behage saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Behage clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Modest Sky galopped for 20 m on the homestretch. Ojsan Borde Prestera Bättre showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Nordfältan Cherry won the race after a spectacular finish.
