One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Journey To Paradise. Solid Comet ended up behind the leader. Ziemlich Gut got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




Mr Ice saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Journey To Paradise started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Mr Ice was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Meanwhile suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.




Mr Ice was still in the lead after 1500m.




Mr Ice kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead. Shy gallopped 30 m after 2000m. Journey To Paradise gallopped 40 m after 2000m.



Mr Ice kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Mr Ice kept the speed the whole finish and won before Ziemlich Gut and échappé.
