Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Örebro track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Growing Steel was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Richard L Jansson wanted a little to much in the start and Woodcutter galoped for 50 m.




Euphony Moussolou saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Euphony Moussolou started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Robinson Pegasos looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Woodcutter couldn't come out from behind the leader, Euphony Moussolou.




Euphony Moussolou was still in the lead after 1500m. Woodcutter started to gallop after 1500m and Richard L Jansson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



With only a little left of the race Woodcutter galoped for 50 m. Euphony Moussolou were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Fast Sergeant won the race after a spectacular finish.
