One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Love Tower. Independant Missile ended up behind the leader. Cookie got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Shining Heroine started to galop and lost 10 m.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Funky Queen started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Independant Missile was disturbed and galoped 40 m.




Love Tower was still in the lead after 1500m. Illinois River started to gallop after 1500m and Jenny Björk had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Cookie was still in the lead after 2000m.



Cookie kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Love Tower didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
