One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Spijk Z took the lead after a very quick start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Gustave Eiffel sprinted to the front.

Shooting Rock sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Frosty Tropic never caught up with Shooting Rock who won. Gustave Eiffel came third.
