One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Viivi was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Peut Le Faire was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.




Kerry Mountains saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and We Go Round took the lead rather easily. Lurleen was disturbed and galoped 10 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one We Go Round followed by Screaming Mustache and Kerry Mountains. Lane two Screaming Legend followed by Viivi and Peut Le Faire. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Lurleen gallopped for 20 m.



We Go Round kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.






Viivi won the race after a spectacular finish.
