One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pécheux found a gap and took the lead. Sly Hyena followed before Hurricane Hill.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Orion Hof sprinted to the front.




Ottawa Thunder took the lead after 1000m. Hurricane Hill didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Esa Holopainen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Pécheux started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Sly Hyena made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Hurricane Hill.
