It had been raining for several days at Bologna but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Carlos Held sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Pineapple sprinted to the front. Master Pegasos was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Independant Power sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Scandal Magpie saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Scandal Magpie were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Stefan Persson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Solkungen started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Final standings. 1 Zlatan The Man, 2 Nihel, 3 Mumbai Superior.
