The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Gävle today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Stopping Runner could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Big Striker started to galop and lost 20 m.




King Of Gold quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Stopping Runner sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Solid Ground accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.




Stopping Runner took the lead.



driver couldn't keep Stopping Runner to trotting so they were disqualified. King Of Gold was first on the homestretch followed by Pointing Madness and Solid Ground.

Happy Stereo galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. Per Lennartsson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Fountain Of Youth started to galopp and lost 20 m.




King Of Gold didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
