One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Quintus Opal took the lead after a very quick start. Travelling Lily galloped way to long and was disqualified.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Scarlet Sapphire sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Scarlet Sapphire followed by One And Only and Eternal Moon. Lane two Quintus Opal followed by Amber Godiva and Travelling Lily. Eternal Moon started to gallop after 1500m and Stefan Persson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Scarlet Sapphire were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Winner of todays race was Scarlet Sapphire. Quintus Opal came in second. One And Only became third.
