One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





A Scary Thing could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Whatever Duchess suddenly started to galop. Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get Whatever Duchess to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Madame Bovary sprinted to the front.




Leprevost took the lead after 1000m. A Scary Thing didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Leprevost followed by Nessla Impossible and Whatever Duchess. Lane two A Scary Thing followed by Madame Bovary and .



Leprevost were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Final standings. 1 A Scary Thing, 2 Leprevost, 3 Nessla Impossible.
