One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Gallagher took the lead after a very quick start. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 20 m. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.

Slow Play saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Gallagher suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Slow Play was still in the lead after 1500m.

Belle Fleur was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Belle Fleur was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. With only a little left of the race Belle Fleur galoped for 40 m. Slow Play sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Belle Fleur galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Speed Ball made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Slow Play.
