One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Solid Platinum tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Malkin Man that came steaming ahead.




Belmondo saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Solid Platinum sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Malkin Man galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Solid Platinum today. It continued in the lead. Solid Platinum galloped for 10 m.



Solid Platinum sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Solid Platinum kept the speed the whole finish and won before Belmondo and Malkin Man.
