Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Karlshamn track was in top-condition.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Whatever Dancer was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Travelling Sugar saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




The leader got disturbed by something and Alleycat took the lead rather easily.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Alleycat followed by Bold Wish and Crossing Flower. Lane two Whatever Dancer followed by Mon Ami and Giggling Fiesta.



Alleycat were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Jörgen Sjunnesson tried a little too much on the homestretch and Whatever Dancer started to galopp and lost 30 m.




Alleycat didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
