The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Gävle today.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Floating Sunshine took the lead after a very quick start. Woodmansey galloped way to long and was disqualified.




Voodoo Bandit saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Screaming Gladiator took the lead after 1000m. Floating Sunshine didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Floating Sunshine looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m. Screaming Gladiator started to gallop after 1500m and Örjan Kihlström had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Floating Sunshine kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Hans-Owe Sundberg tried a little too much on the homestretch and Voodoo Bandit started to galopp and lost 20 m.




Winner of todays race was Floating Sunshine. Inkas Enigma came in second. Screaming Gladiator became third.
