One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Whatever Dancer. Green Magpie ended up behind the leader. Nessla Fony Pony got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Ticking Midnight sprinted to the front.




Green Magpie sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Green Magpie followed by Queen On Fire and Rundaundan Opal. Lane two Whatever Dancer followed by Nessla Fony Pony and Étudier Mon Équitable. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Étudier Mon Équitable gallopped for 20 m.



Green Magpie looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Queen On Fire made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Green Magpie.
