It had been raining for several days at Solänget but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Mrs Malkin took the lead after a very quick start.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Honourable Strategy sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Mrs Malkin who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Honourable Strategy clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.

Honourable Strategy was still in the lead after 1500m.

Hogan Ink litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Final standings. 1 Honourable Strategy, 2 Hogan Ink, 3 Mrs Malkin.
