Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Bollnäs track was in top-condition.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Drooling Paladin tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Yankee that came steaming ahead. Stefan Arvidsson wanted a little to much in the start and Sturer Emil galoped for 20 m.

Drooling Paladin saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Yankee was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Drooling Paladin was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Drooling Paladin followed by Inkas Eat Sleep Concrete and Yankee. Lane two Adorable Nugget followed by Ferocious Striker and Neon Vixen.

Drooling Paladin was still in the lead after 2000m.

Drooling Paladin were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
