One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Relaxing Thinking was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Prima Darkness galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




This is the positions after 500m. Snowy Moment, Stifling Dreamcatcher, Pignotti, Ottawa Hof, Dinart, Heavenly Amazon, Relaxing Thinking, Gold Tutti Frutti. Gold Tutti Frutti started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Relaxing Thinking suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 10 m.




Pignotti looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.



Pignotti looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Relaxing Thinking won the race after a spectacular finish.
