It had been raining for several days at Visby but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Vivianne sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Whispering Queen sprinted to the front.




Whispering Queen was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.




Vivianne saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Queens Troy started to gallop after 1500m and Peter Untersteiner had to struggle to get it back in trotting.




Vivianne kept the speed up and no one had a chance to take over the lead.



Queens Troy showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Vivianne were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Pacific Princess galopped for 10 m on the homestretch.




Final standings. 1 Confident Hero, 2 Vivianne, 3 Greystoke.
